The dollar opened the week with a loss of four centavos against the peso, closing at a selling price of 18.03 pesos in Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 16.55 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.6501 pesos per dollar.
