Chivas’ much-loved sharp, modern kit will be replaced because as the team has signed a deal with Caliente Sports to be their new official sponsor and have their logo emblazoned across the front of the famous red and white shirt.
Caliente Sports’ offial account has retweeted a sports journalist’s tweet that posted the information earlier. The Twitter account, @JerseysCDG announced they would have a new uniform.
“It’s already announced,” was Caliente Sports’ reply after journalist José Maria Garrido said that tomorrow would be the official announcement of the new shirt.
Chivas were the only team in LigaMX, until now, without sponsors on the front of their shirt. But the team will be the fifth to be sponsored by Caliente Sports, joining Tijuana, Puebla, Morelia, and Chiapas.
