With the objective of providing high-level human resources in investigation and to develop an original technology culture based in the scientific, academic and entrepreneurial field, the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM) will offer a master’s degree in computer science starting in May.
The graduate program; taught at campuses in Ecatepec, Texcoco, Atlacomulco, Valle de Chalco, Temascaltepec and at the Tianguistenco Professional Academic Unit of UAEM; is based in three different sections of study.
The program focuses on human resources capable of offering society innovative technical solutions to academic, scientific and entrepreneurial problems.
The three sections of the program are: Computation Applied to Education and Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Scientific Computation, and Electronic Systems. These areas will allow students to identify problems and propose and implement multidisciplinary technical solutions. They will also give students a basis to carry out innovative applications in computer science and improve competition between organizations, as well as spread knowledge to different sectors of society.
Aspiring students have until April 21 to apply for the course and present the corresponding documents. Registration will take place July 13-15, while classes will begin August 3.
