Elementary school students who attended classes were returned home by teachers. The teachers explained the the inscription fees still needed to be agreed upon with parents. They hope to commence classes on Sept. 21.
In response, Federalized Education Undersecretary Eduardo Campos Martínez explained that teachers will use that day to clean classrooms, as they have accumulated dust while students have been out of class.
