Light rain will continue across much of Mexico City this morning, with authorities urging caution on the roads.
“Drive cautiously, light rain continues in much of CDMX. C5,” tweeted Center of Command, Control, Computation, Communication and Contact Citizen of the City of Mexico on its Twitter account, @ciudad_segura.
The agency also indicated that there is flooding on Avenida Canal Nacional and Calzada San Juan de Aragón in the Gustavo A. Madero borough, which may continue throughout the day.
As more rain falls on the capital, it is suggested to the motorists to respect the speed limits and to use their seat belts.
