Abraham “N” is the alleged financial operator for the Sinaloa Cartel’s drug lord Dámaso López Serrano, also know as “El Mini Lic.”

The PGR said that there is an international warrant for the extradition of Abraham “N,” issued by the Federal Court of the District of California in the United States for criminal association with the intent to distribute and import drugs across the border.

The PGR also captured Filiberto “N” and confiscated a kilogram and 20 doses of what appeared to be crystal meth.
