Public Education Secretary Aurelio Nuño Mayer and Mexico City Mayor Miguel Ángel Mancera Espinosa met to discuss the progress of the education reform and establish a joint strategy to improve the quality of education in the country and ensure that there are no rejected applicants regarding higher education institutions.
Nuño Mayer and Mancera Espinosa agreed to summon the rectors and heads of higher education institutions in order to create a committee to coordinate the necessary actions so as to ensure that all applicants can have access to education.
