IMSS Assures They Have Enough Medication for Influenza Outbreak

Mikel Arriola Peñalosa, director of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), said that they have enough medication to deal with the unusual outbreak of influenza.

In an interview, he said that the IMSS has enough inventory to deal with the virus in the country.

Arriola Peñalosa said medical staff are working to serve the population.

The official noted that they will strengthen the collaboration with the Health Secretariat (SSA) to register the cases through the National Center for Epidemiological Surveillance.
