The ‘Hoy No Circula’ driving restriction program on Thursday will include vehicles with green sticker and license plates ending in 1 and 2, as well as holograms 1, 2, 0 and double 00, which will have to suspend all circulation. These measures will apply from April 5 to June 30, this being the time of year of greatest ozone concentration.
