The ‘Hoy No Circula’ driving restriction program on Tuesday will include vehicles with pink stickers and license plates ending in 7 and 8, as well as holograms 1, 2, 0 and double 00, which will have to suspend all circulation. These measures will apply from April 5 to June 30, this being the time of year of greatest ozone concentration.
