When leading the Aguascalientes Standardized and Formalized Healthcare Workers Nominations, Gov. Carlos Lozano de la Torre said that his administration will continue working to make public security, formal jobs and health services the pillars of progress and well-being in Aguascalientes for many years to come.

The governor highlighted the importance of fulfilling the agreement with health workers and said that in announcing the nominations, which recognized the work of over 1,900 workers, a very important social support was provided to their families.

“We are recognizing their work, effort and agreement in guaranteeing the health and well-being of the people of Aguascalientes,” said Lozano de la Torre.

The governor said that according to the figures most recently announced by Social Security, in the last five years more than 68,500 new formal jobs have been created, which means more opportunities to access social security, better income and the possibility of a better quality of life.

“We know that employment is one of the issues that we need to permanently resolve and that this dynamic of creating more positions should continue beyond these six years,” Lozano de la Torre said.

Additionally, he said that in Aguascalientes more jobs are being created than in the rest of the country. The governor announced that his administration has already created 68,538 new jobs in the state. He assured that he will continue on the road toward more investments and support from local businesses, in order to strengthen the interior market.
