A explosion took place Wednesday at the “Antonio Dovaí Jaime” Pétroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) refinery in Salina Cruz, Oaxaca.
Refinery manager Rogelio Ríos Benítez said that the cause of the explosion was an oil spill from one of the containers.
