Enrique Ochoa Reza was selected as the substitute president-elect of the Institutional Revolutionary Party’s (PRI) National Executive Committee for the 2015-2019 period by the PRI National Internal Processes Commission.
The decision was published in PRI electronic forums. The document reported that Ochoa Reza was the only candidate who fully complied with the regulatory requirements of the call.
“Therefore, Ochoa Reza is the only one qualified for the position and becomes the only candidate,” said the document.
The document will be presented to the National Political Council’s elective session for its ratification.
