Chamber of Deputies President Jesús Zambrano Grijalva declared a second special session of the Chamber, which started with a discussion on the observations made by the Federal Executive to the General Law on Administrative Responsibilities, better known as the 3de3 (Three out of Three) law.
Zambrano Grijalva said that Articles 3, 4, 27, 30, 32, 33, 37, 46, 73 and 81 received commentary from the executive power.
National Regeneration Movement (Morena) Deputy Romero Tenorio presented a proposal for a suspension so that the law initiative would be sent back to the committee in order to discuss it for a longer period of time, but it was rejected by the plenary.
