Academics and administrative workers are essential in boosting the modernization of the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM), said the rector Alfredo Barrera Baca. The university will implement benefits for the 6,800 teachers and researchers affiliated to the Federation of Autonomous Associations of Academic Staff of UAEM (FAAPAUAEM).
The teaching faculty, Barrera Baca added, is essential to promote and translate the 2017-2021 Master Plan of Institutional Development into a working reality for the university.
FAAPAUAEM, headed by general secretary Victor Manuel Pineda Gutierrez, has enjoyed open dialogue with the university.
