Alleged Cocaine Trafficker Arrested in Mexico

Ignacio "N" is alleged to have coordinated the trafficking of drugs through Cancun and into the U.S.

Members of the Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC) and Federal Police detained Ignacio “N,” wanted by the South Florida District Federal Court in the United States for alleged cocaine trafficking.

U.S. authorities point towards Ignacio “N” as the alleged coordinator of the transport of drugs into the United States through the international airport in Cancun, Quintana Roo.

Ignacio “N” was transported to Mexico City, in order to appear in front of the in front of a district judge in the Reclusorio Norte prison for a hearing regarding the extradition request by the United States.
