– All Starbucks locations are said to be receiving supplies.
– Safe and rescue services have asked that people don’t go to the sites were buildings have fallen in order to not interfere with rescue operations which are near completion.
– People are advised to keep an emergency bag in preparation for aftershocks.
– Cell phone companies are offeringsome services for free and have opened wifi hotspots across the city to the public.
