President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) will have a one-and-a-half-day visit to New York, United States, where he will carry out a brief work schedule, “we’ll eat and come back, now you ‘eat and come back.’”
He explained that this Monday he will board a commercial flight to go to New York to arrive at night.
“Tomorrow we are at the United Nations, we are going to be there for two, three hours. I have a meeting with the secretary general of the United Nations Organization, then the participation in the Assembly of the United Nations Security Council, a guard of honor to Mexican artistic monuments, sculptures from Mexico, the famous phrase of President Juárez, ‘ Among people as among nations, respect for the rights of others is peace’, I will be there”, he explained.
“I am going to send a recorded message to the migrants from the United Nations, because I am not going to be able to establish communication with them, and then we eat and go back, now you really ‘eat and go back,’” he said with a laugh.
He said that this Wednesday after the morning in Mexico City, he will travel to Colima to lead the presentation of the support plan for the entity.
On Thursday, he will lead the morning in Colima and then go to Cananea, Sonora, for the presentation of the Comprehensive Care Plan.
López Obrador added that on Friday morning it will be in Hermosillo, Sonora.
