Guinness World Records recognized María Antonieta de las Nieves, “La Chilindrina”, for her career as the actress with the longest professional career playing the same child character, since she has been 48 years and 261 days.
Carlos Tapia, official adjudicator of Guinness World Records, presented the actress in Mexico City with her certificate along with a copy of the new edition of the book GWR2022.
“La Chilindrina” is a well-known character in various Latin American countries and the world. The experience and extensive trajectory is unquestionable since, for decades, generations after generations grew up and enjoyed his character, “said Tapia.

The actress has toured Mexico, the United States, Central and South America with her character, which has recorded 17 albums since 1975.
