MEXICO CITY — Banks in Mexico City sold the U.S. dollar at 18.85 pesos in midday trading, three centavos less compared to its opening price, while the minimum purchase price rose to 18.03 pesos since Tuesday.
The euro is trading at up to 21.00 pesos, ranging from a four centavo drop since morning, and the yen is offered at a increased maximum of 0.184 pesos.
