The dollar dropped one centavo to close at a selling price of 19.04 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges on Monday. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 17.55 pesos.
The Bank of Mexico (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 18.6923 pesos per dollar.
