On Tuesday, the dollar climbed one centavo against the peso to close at a selling price of 18.59 pesos per dollar. Banks in the capital purchased the dollar for a minimum of 17.15 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 18.2113 pesos per dollar.
