The dollar opened the week with a climb of 21 centavos, finished the day at a selling price of 18.19 pesos in Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks bought the dollar for a minimum of 16.70 pesos.
Mexico City’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.8049 pesos per dollar.
