The dollar closed up six centavos on Thursday, finishing at a selling price of 18.25 pesos per dollar at currency exchanges in Mexico City. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 17.17 pesos.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.8543 pesos per dollar.
