The dollar dropped 13 centavos on Wednesday, closing at a selling price of 18.14 pesos at Mexico City currency exchanges. Banks purchased the dollar for a minimum of 16.70 pesos per dollar.
Mexico’s Central Bank (Banxico) set the exchange rate at 17.8136 pesos per dollar.
